General Procurement Notice For Multipurpose Cadaster ProjectThe Program For The Adoption And Implementation Of A Multipurpose Cadastre Rural Urban The Project Will Include The Following Components Component 1 Institutional Strengthening Seeks To Strengthen The Institutional Capacity Of The Entities That Are Part Of The Implementation Of The Multipurpose Cadastre Policy In Particular The Igac The Snr And Ant It Consists Of The Following Subcomponents Subcomponent 1 1 Institutional Strengthening For The National Government Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of Dnp Subcomponent 1 2 Institutional Strengthening For Cadastral Mapping And Igac Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of Igac Subcomponent 1 3 Snr Institutional Strengthening In The Field Of Document Management Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of The Snr Subcomponent 1 4 Institutional Strengthening Of The Ant In Social Order Of The Property Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of The Ant 2 Technological Strengthening Component Its Main Purpose Is To Strengthen Institutions In The Technological Component To Solve Interoperability Challenges Requiring The Implementation Of The Policy Of Multipurpose Cadastre On The One Hand Aspects Of Computing Capacity And Adaptation To New Functional Requirements For Cadastral Operation Multipurpose And On The Other Hand Regarding The Formalization Of Land And Spatial Data Infrastructure It Consists Of The Following Subcomponents Subcomponent 2 1 Technological Strengthening Of Igac And Creating Master Data Repository Cadastral Registration Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of Igac Subcomponent 2 2 Strengthening Technological Snr Testing And Master Data Repository Cadastral Registration Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of The Snr Subcomponent 2 3 Strengthening Technological Ant Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of The Ant Subcomponent 2 4 Strengthening Of The Colombian Spatial Data Infrastructure Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of Igac Component 3 Implementation And Maintenance Of The Cadastre Territorial Multipurpose Building And Strengthening Of Institutional Capacities In Local Authorities Prioritized The Objective Of This Component Is To Raise Cadastral Information Multipurpose 1 In Selected Municipalities To Strengthen Legal Security Of Tenure Titling And Registration Of Property And Contribute To The Strengthening Of Institutional Capacities Of Local Authorities Prioritized For Fiscal Strengthening And Land Use Planning It Consists Of The Following Subcomponents Subcomponent 3 1 Registry Inputs Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of The Snr Subcomponent 3 2 Geodetic Cartographic And Cadastral Survey Inputs Activities For Geodetic And Cartographic Inputs Will Be Provided By The Igac The Cadastral Survey Will Be Shared Between Igac And Execution Ant Subcomponent 3 3 Formalization Of Rural Property Ant Will Be The Entity Responsible For The Procurement Of Equipment And Operators Who Perform The Formulation And Implementation Of The Plans Of Social Planning Of Rural Property Pospr Subcomponent 3 4 Building And Strengthening Of Institutional Capacities In Local Authorities Its Implementation Will Be In Charge Of Dnp Component 4 Administration Resources Under This Component Executing Agencies Will Fund Among Other Things Teams That Support The Implementation Of Credit And Audit And Program Evaluations
