For The Integral Development Of Early Childhood Which Has As One Of Its Guidelines The Creation Of The National Early Childhood Registry System Renpi Which Will Provide Data Of The Selected Early Childhood Indicators Grouped By Cohorts Location Residence Based On The Identity Number Of Each Child Regarding The Care They Are Receiving In Addition The Same Policy Establishes That The Ministry Of Social Development Will Create Administer The Renpi System Which Must Function As A Database Interconnected To The National Registry Of Persons And Other Information Systems Of Those Institutions That Provide Services To The First Children Such As The Ministry Of Health And The Ministry Of Education Among Others In That Sense The Coordination Mechanisms Between The Institutions And Organizations That Attend Early Childhood Must Be Established So That They Feed The Renpi As The Main Referent Of The Integral Situation Of Early Childhood For The Planning Of Their Actions Since 2015 The Honduran Government Has Made Progress With Unicef Support In The Implementation Of The National Strategy Raising With Love Which Operationalizes The Public Policy For The Integral Development Of Early Childhood At The Moment The Strategy Has Been Implemented In 64 Municipalities Of The Lempira Intibuc And La Paz Departments Located In The West Of The Country The Strategy Aims To Ensure The Delivery Of Service Benefits For Early Childhood A Service Provision Is Defined As A Set Of Goods And Services Aimed At Satisfying And Appropriately Meeting The Needs And Demands That The State Undertakes To Guarantee To Children Implying Rights And Obligations For The Actors Responsible For Their Integral Development The Design Of The Set Of Service Benefits For Early Childhood Care In The Country Began With The Identification Of 52 Service Benefits Subsequently A Prioritization Process Was Developed Based On The Scoring Of Different Variables Classified In Urgency Criteria Attention Criteria
