Tenders Are Invited For Data Based Design Development And Maintenance For The The Liberia National Charcoal Union Of Liberia Since Its Establishment In 2004 The National Charcoal Union Of Liberia Nacul Has Been Striving To Bring Charcoal Producer And Groups Together This Is In Order To Formulate And Present Their Views On Issues Affecting Them And Other Disadvantaged Groups Additionally The Union Addresses Other Political Socio Economic Issues That May Have Serious Negative Implications On The Liberian People With Linkages To Charcoal Production Since Then Officers And Members Of Nacul Deeply Concerns About The Plight Of Local Forestry Producers Including Charcoal Producers Sellers Buyer And Distributor Both Women And Men This Also Takes Into Consideration The Youth And Other Disadvantage Groups The Union Is Committed To Working Together Closely With Farmers Groups And Other Relevant Entities Including The Forestry Development Authority Fda Ministries Of Agriculture Moa Lands Mines And Energy Mme Internal Affair Mia The Environmental Protection Agency Epa The Rural Renewable Energy Agency Rrea And Farmers Union Network Of Liberia Fun As One Team To Actively Participate In Action Oriented Activities Programs To Ensure The Realization Of The Goals Aspirations And Objectives For The Fulfilment Of The Charcoal Producers Rights And That Of Other Disadvantaged Groups Task The National Charcoal Union Of Liberia Seeks A Consultant With Relevant Expertise To Design And Develop A Comprehensive And User Friendly Simple Pilot Database On Charcoal Production In Liberia The Data Based Must Show The Producer Quantity Location Meant For Consumption The Origin Location Date Of Production And The Type Of Trees Used To Produce The Coal The Consultant Must Be Willing To Closely Work With A Web Site Designer To Upload The Data Base And Monitor Its Operations For A Period Of Four Months Data Based Objectives 1 Provide Timely Relevant And Accessible Charcoal Production Information On Liberia 2 Timely Relevant And Accessible Data For Decision Making3 Promote And Stimulate NaculS Engagement In The Implementation The Charcoal RegulationsDeveloped By FdaTarget Audiences The Intended Users Of The Website Include But Are Not Limited To The Following Humanitarian Workers Throughout The World Local National International Ngos And Relevant Coordination Bodies Relevant Government Institutions And Other Humanitarian Actors Academia And Related Bodies Union MembersScope Of Work The Hired Company Consultant Will Be Required To Create Design Develop Test Implement And Maintain A Data Base Mounted On The UnionS Web Platform Within The Designated Timeline This Consultancy Will Be Implemented Within A Four 4 Months Period However It Will Not Be More Than Four Days Within These Four Months It Includes Meetings To Discuss The Design Of The Data Base Designing Of The Data Base Testing And Knowledge Transfer Across To Ease The Work Four Days Will Be Allotted To This Consultancy And The Consultant Can Discuss With The UnionS Management On How The Four Days Will Be Scheduled All Applications Should Be Addressed To The Following Addresses Until August 30 2019 Nacul2004 Yahoo Com Dorbornacul Yahoo Com Aaronk Barlea Yahoo Com
