Drivers Of Violence Against Children In Swaziland 2016 The National Strategy To End Violence In Swaziland 20172022 Clearly Articulates Coordination As Pillar To Manage An Integrated National Response Through Multisectoral Policies Systems And Services At All Levels For The Department Of Gender And Family Issues Deputy Prime Minister S Office Dpmo To Be Effective It Requires Appropriate Authority And Support To Manage And Coordinate Issues On Violence This Includes The Management And Coordination Of Key Government Agencies Ngos Fbos Cbos And Private Sector Entities Who Are Stakeholders In The Prevention And Response To Violence This Will Enhance Collaboration Harmonization And Integrated Monitoring And Reporting Systems And Institutional Frameworks Addressing Violence To Avoid Duplication And Fragmented Service Delivery Among All Stakeholders In 2016 Government Established Three Levels Of Multisectoral Management And Coordination The High Level Task Force On Violence Hltf Composed Of Principal Secretaries And Directors From Civil Society Organizations The Multisectoral Task Team On Violence Mttv Composed Of Programme Managers From Government Line Ministries And Civil Society Organizations And Lastly The Regional Gbv Referral Networks Composed Of All Regional Gbv Response Partners At Regional Level Chaired By The Department Of Social Welfare Dpmo This Establishment Has However Not Yielded A Well Managed Coordination System It Is Against This Backdrop That The Deputy Prime Minister S Office Through The Department Of Gender And Family Issues Seeks To Engage The Services Of Consultant To Assist In Development Of The Coordination Structures And Mechanism Thereby Providing Eswatini With A Clear And Institutionalized Coordination Mechanism And Structure For The
