Request For Expressions Of Interest For Financial Management Technical Assistant For The Freetown Wash And Aquatic Environment Revamping Project Washaerp Project Freetown Wash And Aquatic Environment Revamping Project Washaerp The Contract For A Financial Management Technical Assistant Financial Management Ta To Support The Executing Agency Guma Valley Water Company Gvwc And Partner Implementing Agencies To Implement Project Related Financial Management Services Services Include Working As A Member Of A Multidisciplinary Team Of Technical Specialists To Provide Relevant Specialist Expertise Including Execution Of All Project Financial Management Activities Which Include I Coordinating Technical Experts Inputs For The Preparation Of Annual Workplans And Budgets And Procurement Plans Ii Maintenance Of Project Accounts Initiating And Processing Disbursement Requests And In Consultation With Technical Specialists And The Project Manager Iii Opening And Keeping All Relevant Books For Proper Accounting And Financial Management In Line With International Financial Reporting Standard Ifrs Iv Reconciliation Of Accounts Disbursements And Procured Goods Works And Services To Ensure Consistency V Preparation Of Interim Quarterly And Annual Financial Reports In Accordance With Ifrs For Smes And Any Other Project Related Financial Management Reports Vi Coordination And Support Of All Arrangements For Annual Project Audit The Assignment Is To Be Performed In Freetown Sierra Leone And Will Require Full Time Input Over A Period Of At Least 36 Months Renewable On Annual Basis Subject To Satisfactory Performance
