Processes Of Institutional Strengthening For Effective Management Of Public Policies That Guarantee Services And Attention To Children And Adolescents With A Perspective Of Equity And A Gender Approach In Addition To The Institutional Strengthening Included In The Current Cooperation Program In The Area Of Migration Unicef Panama Contemplates A Series Of Actions That Focus On The Dissemination Of Information And The Response To The Current Context On The One Hand It Seeks To Strengthen The Integration Of Migrant Families And On The Other Provide A Humanitarian Response To Migrants In Transit With Particular Emphasis On Pregnant Women Children And Adolescents To That End Unicef Panama Has Developed A Response Plan By Conducting Humanitarian Needs Assessments Increasing Its Response In The Wash Education Health Child Protection And Social Protection Sectors In This Framework The Call For An Individual Contractor That Provides Technical Operational And Administrative Professional Support And Assistance In Humanitarian Response Processes To The Current Migration Context Is Opened The Contractor Must Provide Technical Skills To Collect Analyze And Submit Technical Reports On Their Assignments As Well As Support The Implementation Of The Humanitarian Response Plan And The Planning Of The Next Cycle Of Cooperation Contracting Objectives1 Provide Technical And Officers The Person Will Provide Efficient And Effective Support To The Country Office Through The Following Functions 1 Provide Technical Assistance To Support The Coordination Of All Unicef Panama Response Actions On Children In Motion Both Centrally And Locally This Includes Supporting Issues Such As Wash Health Education Etc 2 Technically Lead The Work In Protection Of Children And Adolescents In Mobility Contexts 3 Support In The Follow Up To The Implementation Of The Humanitarian Response Plan Including The Supervision Accompaniment And Monitoring Of The Implementing Partners Perform Regular Field Monitoring Missions 4 Perform Database Analysis And Quantitative Information Focusing On National And Or Regional Trends In Migration Matters Prepare Documentation And Dossier Of Relevant Materials On Migration To Inform The Decision Making Of The Office 5 Prepare Technical Reports Minutes And Supplies For Office Meetings And With Counterparts Ensuring The Quality Timeliness And Relevance Of The Information 6 Perform Knowledge Management On Protection In Mobility Contexts Working In Coordination With Officials And Specialists And According To The Priorities Established By Preparation Of Reports Quantitative Analysis Management Of Social Indicators Ability To Summarize And Good Writing In Spanish And English Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Software Management Especially
