Coordinator Of The United Nations System 2 Objective Of The ConsultationThe General Objective Of The Consultation Is To Make Available To The Various Stakeholders A Document Containing Key Orientations Approaches Tools And Messages That Enable Them To Communicate And Promote Behavior Aimed At Eliminating Violence Based On On Gender Including Sexual And Harmful Practices It Is Specifically About 1 To Carry Out An Analysis Of The Socio Cultural Context Of The Country In Relation To Communication On Subjects Relating To Gbv Sgbv Srhr And Harmful Practices 2 Define A Vision And Communication Objectives To Deploy 3 Develop Appropriate Communication Approaches And Tools To Accelerate The Elimination Of Violence Against Women And Girls And Harmful Practices At The National Regional Local And Community Levels 4 Identify The Driving Adherent Disillusioned Skeptical Opposing Actors At The National Regional Local And Community Levels And Adapt The Form And Content Of The Messages To These Target Audiences 5 Identify The Target Audiences Primary Secondary Tertiary Meso Level And Macro Level To Which The Key Players Will Address As Well As The Messages Appropriate To These Targets 6 Propose The Most Effective Channels Of Communication In The Context Of Niger 7 To Provide Actors In The Field With A Reference Document For Holistic Communication Interventions On Gbv
