Of 12 And 17 A Crucial Stage In Youth Development For Self Identity Personality And Interests As Well As For The Development Of Skills And Abilities Needed To Thrive In Life And Work This Stage Between 12 17 Also However Exposes Adolescents To Threats To That Development Most Notably The Effects Of Dropping Out Of School And When Risks To Future Wellbeing Are Highest Such As Adolescent
