Request For Expression Of Interest For International Ta For Pca Output Base Contract Six Months With The Possibility Of Extension Project Name Fiscal Performance Improvement Support Project Fsp Afghan Customs Department A General Directorate Of Ministry Of Finance Is A Government Organization Acd Is Led By Director General And Has Four Directorates Namely Support And Development Directorate Technical Directorate Operations Directorate And Enforcement Directorate Acd S Scope Of Work Includes But Is Not Limited To Customs Collection And Other Related Duties Taxes And Charges Facilitating Trade And The Trans Border Movement Of Products And People In Compliance With The Law And Enforcing Other Related Border Controls To Ensure That The Security Sovereignty And Territorial Integrity Of The Country Safeguarded Striking A Right Balance Of These Tasks Without Impeding The Legitimate Trans Border Movement Of People And Cargo Is Done Through Acd Sclose Cooperation With Ministries Of Interior Affairs Commerce And Industries Public Health And Agriculture Irrigation And Livestock And National Environmental Protection Agency 2 ObjectiveThe International Pca Advisor Will Provide Support To The Acd In Developing A Centralized Pca Unit With Extending Sub Offices To The Regional Level The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Delivering Several Pca Related Technical Trainings To The Post Clearance Audit Unit S Staff And Will Work On The Standardization Of The Pca Procedures In Order To Align With The World Trade Organization And World Customs Organization The Incumbent Will Also Provide Various Advices To Acd In All Pca Matters And Develop Design Pca Traders Awareness Program And Assist Acd At The Delivery In Co Operation With Acci And Cta
