Tenders Are Invited For Operation And Monitoring Of Tse Control System For Treated Sanitary Effluent Tse Transmission And Distribution Network Including Tse Reservoirs And Pumping Stations Those Who Are Capable And Wish To Participate In The Above Tender Have To Purchase The Tender Documents Online Through The Internal Tender Services Ministry Of Works Municipalities Affairs And Urban Planning Works Affairs Website Or The Bahrain E Govenment Https Www Bahrain Bh By Using A Credit Card Starting From Advertising Date Contractors Should Have A Valid Qualification License And Registered With Cost Engineering Directorate In The Ministry Of Works And Municipalities And Urban Planning And Have Commercial Register In The Same Field Only For Contractors And Projects Listed By The Category Mentioned Above This Tender Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Tender Law Issued By The Legislative Decree No 36 Of 2002 Its Amendments And Its Implementing Regulations Issued By The Decree No 37 Of 2002 The Bids Should Be Deposited In The Tender Box At The Tender Unit At 6Th Floor New Building Ministry Of Works Municipalities Affairs And Planning As Per The Above Mentioned Date Tenders Shall Be Submitted In One Envelope In Addition These Conditions Have To Be Considered Unit Price And Total Amount With 5 Vat As The Case May Be In Bd Shall Be Shown Against Each Quoted Item Bidders Should Be Enclose With Their Bids The Initial Bond For The Amount Specified Above Or At The Rate Of 1 Of The Tender Value Whichever Amount Is Lesser Provided That No Initial Bonds Value Shall Be Less Than Bd100 For Tender Which Initial Bond Is Required Under The Tenders Law
