Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Auctioneering Services Tender Objective Terms Of ReferenceThe Objective Of The Tender Is To Select A Suitably Qualified Vendor For The Provision OfAuctioneering Services The Scope Of Work For The Auctioneering Service Shall Include The Following 1 Purpose Auction Vehicles Assorted Office Furniture Office Equipment ElectricStoves Geysers And Many Other Items In Accordance With The Terms AndConditions This Will Include Movable And Immovable Property 2 Execution Of Sale The Auction Shall Be Conducted At Any Of The EswatiniRevenue AuthorityS Premises Or At Any Other Place Agreed In Advance By BothParties Over And Above The Normal Auction Rules The Sra Reserves The Right ToPlace Further Conditions Including Reserve Prices And How Purchased Goods MayBe Handled Used Or Otherwise Handled By The Buyer A The Sra Shall I Prepare The Auction Lists And Hand It Over To The Auctioneer Who Will In Turn Prepare The Auction Lots In Consultation With The Sra AndIi Coordinate And Provide Security Before During And After The Auction Date In Accordance With The Need B The Auctioneer Will Be Responsible For I Advertising The Sale And Preparatory Work Of The Auction Ii Defining The Marketing Procedures And Types Of Advertising To Be Used To Solicit Potential Buyers In Consultation With The Sra Iii Outlining The Processes And Procedure For The Auction Iv Setting Out The Appropriate Accounting Procedures To Accurately Record The Activities Of The Auction
