Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of New Visitors Center And Field Station At Combo Bois Cheri For National Parks And Conservation ServiceThe Work Consists Of The Construction Of A Visitors Center And Field Station At Combo In Reinforced Concrete Structure Including Block Walls Concrete Pitched Slabs Columns Aluminium Openings Burglar Proofing Homogeneous Anti Slip Ceramic Floor Tiles With Washed Rock Sand Bands Timber Flooring Natural And Non Porous Granite Tops Timber Claddings All Around The Building Waterproofing High Corrosion Resistant Cis On Concrete Pitched Roofs Furniture Finishes And Complete With All Services Such As Electrical Works Plumbing Works Sanitary Works Rain Water Harvesting Tank Complete With Filters And With Pump Room Generator Room Drainage Interlocking Paving Blocks And Site Works And Other Ancillary Works The Verandahs At Front And Rear Of New Building Will Be In Timber Structure With High Corrosion Resistant Cis Roofs The Intended Completion Period Is 6 Months From Date Of Start Of Work The Bid Shall Be Valid For 90 Days After The Date Of Submission Of Bids The Date Of Submission Of Bids Being Counted As Day One Of The Validity Period And Shall Be Valid Up To 22 October 2019
