Contract Notice Heating OilBitumen 00965 2019Description Reasons For Exclusion From The Procedure The Contracting Authority Shall Exclude The Economic Operator From The Public Procurement Procedure If It Is Established That Against The Economic Operator Or The Person Who Is Member Of The Management Or Of The Supervisory Board Of Such Economic Operator Or Who Has An Authorization For Representation Or For Decision Making Or For Supervision Over It Has Been Pronounced A Valid Court Verdict In The Last 5 Years For Committed Criminal Act Including Elements Of The Following Criminal Acts Defined In The Criminal Code Participation In Criminal Association Corruption Evasion Of Taxes And Contributions Terrorism Or Offences Related To Terrorist Activities Money Laundering And Terrorism Financing And Child Labor Abuse And Trafficking In Humans The Contracting Authority Shall Exclude From The Public Procurement Procedure The Economic Operator A With Unpaid Taxes Contributions Or Other Public Dues Unless The One Was Granted Deferred Payment Of Taxes Contributions Or Other Public Dues In Accordance With The Special Regulations And Pays Them Regularly B Undergoing A Bankruptcy Or Liquidation Procedure C With Pronounced Ancillary Penalty For Prohibition For Participation In Public Call Procedures Awarding Of Public Procurement Contracts And Public Private Partnership Contracts D With Pronounced Ancillary Penalty For Temporary Or Permanent Prohibition To Perform Specific Activity E With Pronounced Misdemeanor Sanction Involving Prohibition To Perform A Profession Activity Or Duty Or Temporary Prohibition To Perform A Specific Activity Or F Who Has Provided False Data Or Has Failed To Provide The Data Requested By The Contracting Authority Capability To Perform A Professional Activity In Order To Prove The Capability To Perform Professional Activity The Contracting Authority Shall Request Each Economic Operator To Submit Proof For Registration As A Natural Person Or A Legal Entity To Perform The Activity Related To The Public Procurement Subject Or Proof Of Membership To An Appropriate Professional Association In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Country Of Registration Of The Respective Economic Operator When Establishing The Capability To Perform Professional Activity Of The Economic Operators The Contracting Authority Shall Also Request Proof Issued By The Competent Authority On The Meeting Of The Special Requirements For Performing Of The Activity Prescribed In Accordance With The Law And Pertaining To The Public Procurement Subject To Prove The Qualification As Capable To Perform The Subject Contract In Terms Of Its Capability To Perform The Professional Activity The Economic Operator Shall Obligatory Submit The Following Documents Certificate For Registered Activity Drd Form Establishing That The Operator Is Registered As A Natural Person Or A Legal Entity To Perform The Activity Related To The Public Procurement Contract Subject Or Proof Of Membership To An Appropriate Professional Association In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Country Of Registration Of The Respective Economic Operator In The Republic Of North Macedonia The Central Register Of The Republic Of North Macedonia Is The Competent Authority For Issuance Of Such Document The Contracting Authority Shall Reserve The Right To Additionally Verify The Authenticity Of The Submitted Documents Time Limit For Receipt Of Tenders Or Requests To Participate Date 17 06 2019 Local Time 12 30
