World For All And We Never Give Up For Every Child A HopeViolence And Exploitation Of Children In Various Forms And Often Hidden Are Major Concerns For The Protection Of The Child In Madagascar 14 Of Households Have An Undeniable Impact On The Level Of Violence Against Children The Majority Of Cases Of Violence Against Children Including Sexual Violence Would Be Managed Within The Family And Established A Model Of Integrated Care For Victims Of Violence By Setting Up Treatment Centers Victims These Are The Vonjy Centers Four Vonjy Centers Are Currently Functional The Vonjy Center In Antananarivo The First Center Was Inaugurated On March 4 2015 At The University Hospital Of Obstetric Gynecology Of Befelatanana Followed By The Centers In Toamasina September 26 2016 Mahajanga March 03 2017 And Nosy Be July 29 2017 Two New Centers Are Being Built In Fort Dauphin And Tulear In These Centers Child Victims Of Sexual Violence Receive Integrated Psychosocial Medical And Legal Care In The Same Place Free Of Charge And Without Having To Travel Between Institutions And Services Several Local Initiatives Have Been Launched To Coordinate The Various Protection Actors In Order To Ensure The Referencing Of Child Victims Of Sexual Violence To The Vonjy Centers The Vonjy Centers Are Attached Either To University Hospitals Or To Regional Reference Hospitals The Staff In Charge Of Providing The Child Victims Care Service Is Made Up Of Specialist Generalist Doctors Of The Hospital Generally The Gynecology Department The Police Of The Morals And The Protection Of The Minors As Well As Workers Or Social Workers Staff Receive Training Prior To Setting Up The Vonjy Center This Training Consisted On The One Hand Of A Technical Technical Initiation Of The Team Rights Of The Child Protection Of The Child Various Types Of Support And Minimum Service Package And On The Other Hand The Operation Of The Different Units Of The Center And The Computer Aspect According To The Activity Reports Of The Centers The Discussions With The Stakeholders And Central Partners There Were Differences Between The Centers In The Approach And Practice Of The Care Of The Children As Well As The Procedures To Harmonize Procedures In The 4 Centers Based On Lessons Learned From The Operation Of This Model Since The Centers Were Created In 2015 And To Improve The Services Provided To Children At The Vonjy Centers Unicef Proposes To Support Its Partners Through Consultancy And Technical Support The Aim Is To Document The Model And Make Recommendations For Its Modeling In Accordance With International Standards And Its Sustainability While Improving The Quality Of Services Offered To Victims 1 Objectives Of The Consultancy Overall ObjectiveEnsure The Protection Of Child Victims Of Violence Through Quality Care Provided In Specialized Centers Vonjy Childrens Center Which Meet International Standards For Equipment Layout And Operation Through Integrated Minimum Services And Provided By A Trained Multidisciplinary Team And Harmonized Standard Procedures And An Orderly And Efficient Coordination Between All The Entities Involved Specific ObjectivesDocument The Situation In The Vonjy Centers And Make Recommendations Concerning Their Conformity With The Standards Of The Child Friendly Spaces The Services Provided To The Beneficiary Children Including Through A Satisfaction Survey With A Random Sample Of Victims Taken Care Of In The Last Year The Circuit And Management Procedures In Each Center To Draw The Best Model Coordination Between The Entities Involved In The Care Of Child Victims By These Centers At National Level And At The Center Level The Quality Of Support And Psycho Social Support To Identify The Training Needs Of The Workers The Quality Of Care Provided By The Police Gendarmes To Identify The Needs For Strengthening Their Capacities The Additional Capacity Building Needs Of The Staff Of The Different Units Reception Staff Doctors Assistants Social Workers Etc 2 Expected Outcomes The Vonjy Centers Model Is Documented Evaluated And Recommendations For Improving The Services Provided To Children Are Formulated A Proposal Is Made On The Training Topics Needed To Improve The Quality Of Services Offered By These Centers Guides On Standard Procedures For The Integrated Management Of Child Victims Are Developed And Beneficiaries And Their Families On The Quality Of The Services Provided To The Vonjy Centers And Their Degree Of Satisfaction With These Services Draw The Circuit Of Care Of The Child Victims According To The Roles And Responsibilities Of Each Stakeholder Until The Social Reintegration Of The Child Reintegration Of The Child In His Community And Follow Up Of The Application Of The
