Capacity To Manage Road Safety Activities The Principle Focus Of The Proposed Assignment Will Be In Identifying Practical Affordable Short Term Actions Quick Wins That Can Be Taken By The Government During The Visit The Consultant Will Arrange A Meeting Of Relevant Stakeholders To Obtain A Sense Of The Road Safety Situation 6 The Proposed Diagnostic Is Expected To Be Followed By A More Detailed Exercise To Elaborate An Overall Road Safety Strategy And Actions For Improving The Management And Coordination Of Road Safety Activities In Stp As Part Of The Formulation Of The National Road Safety Strategy And Action Plan To Be Prepared Under The Tdcp To This End The Consultant Is Expected To Draft Relevant Targeted Terms Of Reference To Undertake Priority Activities Of The Action Plan An Emphasis Will Be Put To Have A Better Understanding Of The Accidents Related To Motorcycle Users And To Identify A Targeted Strategy And An Action Plan To Improve Their Safety Consultants
