Expression Of Interest For Assistance Mission To Book From Master To The Implementation Of Component 2 Development Project Local Infrastructure Phase 2 Pdil 2 Project Project Developpment Of Local Infrastructure Pdil2 The Pdil Two Main Objectives I To Improve Infrastructure Precarious Neighborhoods Of Target Cities That Are Essentially The Nine 9 Provincial Capitals Namely Libreville Port Gentil Oyem Franceville Lambarene Mouila Makokou Tchibanga And Koula Moutou And Ii To Strengthen And Reform The Municipalities To Improve Their Operational Capacity Their Governance In Order To Better Prepare Them For Decentralization This P Roject Is Organized In Three 3 Components Component 1 Urban Infrastructure And Services Aims To Increase Access To Services In Sub Integrated Neighborhoods And To Ensure Better Integration Of These Into The Urban Fabric Component 2 Institutional Support And Capacity Building Aims To Strengthen The Capacity Of Municipalities And Other Stakeholders In Municipal Management Finally The Component Management Coordination Monitoring And Evaluation Will Ensure The Proper Implementation Of All Project Activities In Accordance With World Bank Guidelines It Will Fund The Costs Of Operating And Capacity Building Of The Cn Tippee Social And Environmental Monitoring Monitoring And Evaluation Of Projects Communication Strategy And Project Audits In The Specific Context Of Component 2 Institutional Support And Urban Services The Subject Of This Mandate I City Contracts Were Signed Between The State And Beneficiaries Municipalities Ii Studies Organizational And Financial Diagnosis Of The Cities Study On The Dynamics Of Smes Local Development Plans Manual Of Financial And Accounting Procedures Of Municipalities Feasibility Study Funding Of Local Government Were Carried Out Iii Other Studies Development Plans Concerted Districts Pacq And Urban Planning Schemes Of Directors Sdau Are Being Developed And Iv Other Activities National Strategy Of Solid Waste Capacity Building Of Stakeholders Etc Are Provided To Continue The Implementation Of The Said Activities Of The Said Component It Was Envisaged The Hiring Of A Law Assistance Project Master For Institutional Support And Capacity Development Project Capacity Of Local Infrastructure Phase 2 Pdil2
