Using Part Of The Proceeds Of A Loan From The European Bank For Reconstruction And Development The Bank Towards The Cost Of Ust Kamenogorsk District Heating Project The Employer Now Invites Sealed Tenders From Contractors For The Contract Ukdhp 1 Reconstruction Of Heat Transmission Networks 2225 M To Be Funded From Part Of The Proceeds Of The Loan The Project Is Implemented On The Territory Of Ust Kamenogorsk City Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan This Contract Includes The Modernization Of Heat Transmission Networks In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer The Estimated Completion Time Under The Contract Is 760 Days Tendering For Contracts To Be Financed With The Proceeds Of A Loan From The Bank Is Open To Firms From Any Country The Proceeds Of The Banks Loan Will Not Be Used For The Purpose Of Any Payment To Persons Or Entities Of For Any Import Of Goods If Such Payment Or Import Is Prohibited By A Decision Of The United Nations Security Council Taken Under Chapter Vii Of The Charter Of The United Nations To Be Qualified For The Award Of A Contract Tenderers Must Satisfy The Following Requirements A The Tenderer Shall Demonstrate That It Has Successful Experience As Prime Contractor In The Execution Of At Least 3 Three Successfully Completed Contracts Of A Nature And Complexity Comparable To The Proposed Contract With At Least One Of Them Having A Value Of Not Less Than Kzt 1 000 000 000 One Billion Equivalent Within The Last 5 Five Years B The Tenderer Shall Have An Average Annual Turnover As Prime Contractor Defined As Billing For Works In Progress And Completed Over The Last 3 Three 2016 2018 Years Of Not Less Than In Equivalent Kzt 1 500 000 000 One Billion Five Hundred Million C The Tenderer Shall Demonstrate That It Has Access To Or Has Available Liquid Assets Unencumbered Real Assets Lines Of Credit And Other Financial Means Sufficient To Meet The Construction Cash Flow For The Contract For A Period Of 3 Three Months Estimated In Equivalent As Not Less Than Kzt 160 000 000 One Hundred Sixty Million Taking Into Account The Applicants Commitments For Other Contracts D The Tenderer Shall Submit Balance Sheets Audited Or Supported
