Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Support To The Design Of The Occ For Sptrans Scope Of Work To That End This Scope Of Work Will Focus On High Level Advice On I Identifying Existing And Forthcoming Systems Ii Recommending How To Create A Sustainable And Robust Platform Flexible And Capable Of Supporting Real Time Interchanges And Iii On That Framework Laying Out The Conceptual Design And Methodology Of A Future Occ The Consultant Is Expected To Produce The Following Tasks Task 1 Review And Presentation Of Occ Benchmarks Including Current And Future Technologies With Pros And Cons To Answer Among Others The Following Questions What Should Be The High Level Objectives Of The System What Are The Expected Benefits And The Beneficiaries Of The Implementation Which Municipal Companies Does It Cover And What Functions The Occ Should Be Expected To Facilitate Task 2 Identification And Analysis Of The Existing Technical Specifications Of The Occ Annex Vii Of Current Bidding Process To Identify If The Planned Occ Responds To Sptrans Needs And Identify New Activities Modules If Needed Identify New Activities That Occ Is Planning To Incorporate That Are Not Currently Being Carried Out And Action Plan For Their Implementation Analyze Flexibility Safety And Accessibility Of The Proposed Systems Identify How The Occ Is Articulated With Other Areas Of The System Analyze Implementation Strategy At A High Level And Model Conception Task 3 Analysis And Possible Recommendations At A Preliminary And Functional Conceptual Level Of The Physical Infrastructure Of The Occ And The Platform For Integrating The Data Contained In The Specifications To Identify Protocols And Data Collection Necessary Conceptual Estimates Of Infrastructure Requirements For The Data Platform And Information Flows Additionally A Proposal For The Layout Of The Occ Including Labor Sizing Task 4 Identification And Recommendations For Deployment To Identify The Requirements To Operate And Maintain The Occ And Its Linked Systems Identify Which Sptrans Areas Would Need To Be Strengthened For The Full Functioning Of The Systems In Particular The Occ Analyze Propose The Preliminary Implementation Strategy Based On The Model Design Adaptability To Changes In Technology Should Be Considered These Deliveries Will Be Supported By Local Consultants In Sao Paulo That Are Currently Carrying Out A Mapping Of Activities And Data Currently Being Used Undertaken By Sptrans Sptrans Will Provide Access To All Necessary Data Traveling To Sp Will Be Required At Least One 4 Day Trip Deliverables Specific Outputs Expected From ConsultantThe Proposed Assignment Includes The Following Tasks And Deliverables Task 1 Report On The Review And Presentation Of Occ BenchmarksTask 2 Report On The Analysis And Recommendations Of The Technical Specifications Of The Occ Task 3 Report On Suggested Data Platform Design And Data Integration As Well As Conceptual Infrastructure Project Task 4 Report On Recommendations For Implementation Of Suggested Actions Linked With Task 2 3 The Consultant Is Expected To Participate In At Least 1 Field Visit And Related Meetings As Needed As Well As Communicate To The Client On Technical Aspects All Data Collected During The Exercise Will Be Shared With The Wb In Editable Electronic Format All Materials Reports And Presentations Shall Be Made Available In Full Electronic Media The Deliverables Will Be Approved By World Bank Team Schedule And FeesThe Assignment Is Expected To Be Developed Within A Timeframe Of 4 Months As Presented In The Below Table Payments Will Be Done Against Delivery Of The Expected Deliverables Which Will Only Be Deemed Accepted Once The World Banks Comments Have Been Effectively Incorporated And Approved By The World Banks Team Tasks Months 1 2 3 4Task 1 X Task 2 X XTask 3 X Task 4 XThe Following Are The Suggested Payments Schedule 20 Upon Contract Signature 10 Upon Delivery And World Bank Acceptance Of The Draft Deliverables From Task 1 To 4 Summing Up To 40 40 Upon Delivery And World Bank Acceptance Of Final Deliverables The Order Of The Deliverables Can Be Discussed And Altered Depending On What Makes More Logical Sense To The Firm
