Contract Notice Ipa Dust And Nox Reduction Measures At Tpp Kosovo B Units B1 And B2Description The Overall Objective Of The Project Is To Improve Air Quality In Kosovo By Reducing Dust Emission From 300 700 Mg Nm3 Down To 20 Mg Nm3 And Nox Emission From 700 850 Mg Nm3 Down To 200 Mg Nm3 In Line With The Directive On Large Combustion Plants Lcpd 2001 80 Ec And Industrial Emission Directive Ied 2010 75Eu The Project Envisages The Reduction Of Dust By Modernising The Existing Electrostatic Precipitators Esps And The Reduction Of Nitrogen Oxides Nox By Introducing A Combination Of Combustion Measures So Called Primary Measures And Selective Non Catalytic Reduction Sncr As A Secondary Measure The Specific Objective Is To Provide Design Fabrication Delivery Dismantling Of Old Equipment And Installation Of All Necessary Parts Of The Boiler Unit As Well As The System For Reducing Nitrogen Oxide Emissions The Esp And The Internal Ash Handling System This Contract Includes Also Works On Civil Structures Mechanical Equipment Electrical And Instrumentation And Control Systems I C In Order To Put The Whole System In Smooth Operation And Prove The Performance Values Of The Boiler Plant And Nitrogen Emission Reduction Facility And Of The Esp The Works Contract Comprises Of Phase 1 Tpp Kosovo B1 Unit And Phase 2 Tpp Kosovo B2 Unit That Will Be Carried Out Separately During The Planned Overhaul Of The Respective Units Unit B1 In 2020 Unit B2 In 2021 Nb Phase 2 Is Subject Of Conclusion Of A Financing Agreement Under Ipa 2019
