Practices Which Includes 25 Years Of Canine Training Conducted By De Mining Humanitarian And Military Agencies The Baseline Assessment Should Also Present Best Practices From Countries Whose Cultural And Security Conditions Resemble Those In Afghanistan The Assessment Should Also Present Information And Data Where Available On Key Baselines That Could Be Integrated Into Undp Monitoring And Results Strategies Prepare A Comprehensive Recommendations Report Proposing Programmatic Options Undp Could Implement To Support The Establishment Of A Fully Operational Training Facility For Drugs And Explosive Detection Police Canine Teams In Kabul The Recommendations Should Be Grounded And Specific Recommending Activities And Training That Are Fully Compatible With Afghan Cultural Educational And
