Conditions Of The Financing Agreement The Financing Agreement Prohibits Withdrawal From The Financing Account For The Purpose Of Any Payment To Persons Or Entities Or For Any Import Of Goods If Such Payment Or Import To The Knowledge Of Cdb Is Prohibited By A Decision Of The United Nations Security Council Taken Under Chapter Vii Of The Charter Of The United Nations No Party Other Than Government Ltd In The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Public Buildings The Procurement And Installation Of Led Street Lamps And Consumption Monitoring Equipment The Disposal Of Used Lamps And The Installation Of A Solar Pv System Among The Activities The Consulting Team Firm Will Be Required To Undertake Include Support The Tender Preparation Bidding Evaluation And Contracting Process For 1 Supply And Installation Of Building Energy Efficiency Equipment2 Supply And Installation Of Pv Plant And3 Disposal Of Disused Street Lamps Certify Payments In Respect Of The Contracts For Goods And
