Subregion Darfur Sudan Libya Nigeria Central Africa Led The Government Of Chad To Open Its Borders And Gates From 2003 To Hundreds Of Thousands Of Refugees Displaced And Returned To The Country East Disparities Of All Kinds One Of The Challenges Of The Countrys Education System Is Therefore To Make Education At All Levels Of Education More Equitable With A View To Reducing Disparities In Line With The Prospect Of Achieving The 2030 Agenda For Education Sustainable Development Goals Sdgs4 Including Education And Training Aimed At Ensuring Access For All To Quality Education On An Equal Footing And Promoting Learning Opportunities At The Life Long However The Constant Demographic Pressure Exerted By The Influx Of Refugees Returnees And Displaced Persons Conflicts And Natural Disasters Are Constantly Changing The Forecasts And Targets For Quality Education For All Thus Affecting Performance Efficiency And Effectiveness Yield Of It With This In Mind The Education Can Not Wait Project Ecw Decided To Support The Government Of Chad By Intervening For Two Years To Contribute To Improving Access To And Quality Of Education In The Areas Concerned In Particular The Ecw Project Will Support The Menpc To Develop A Contingency Plan For The Education Sector In A Participatory And Inclusive Manner Indeed The Development Of An Education Contingency Plan Linked To The Transition Plan Is One Of The Main Expected Results For Developing And Strengthening Prevention And Resilience Mechanisms In The Face Of The Risks Of Conflict And Or Conflict Natural Disasters Therefore The Contingency Plan That Will Be Developed As Part Of This Consultation Will Be Inserted In The Education Sector Plan In Force Interim Plan Of Education In Chad Or Piet In Order To Document Education Sector The Present Terms Of Reference Are Intended To Provide A Comprehensive Basis For The Consultants Work By Defining The Objectives And Expected Results But Also To Specify The Principles And Methods Of Work How Can You Make A Difference Main ObjectiveThe Main Objective Is To Formulate A National Contingency Plan For Education That Aims To Contribute To Better Preparedness
