Request For Expression Of Interest For Consulting Services To Conduct General On Board Training ProgramLand Administration ProjectThe Consulting Services The Services Include Planning And Conducting A Short Orientation Workshop To Introduce The Lla To Staff That Are Being Absorbed From The Department Of Lands Surveys And Cartography Dlsc Of The Former Ministry Of Lands Mines And Energy Now Ministry For Mines And Energy The Deeds Registry Of The Center For National Documents And Records Agency Cndra And County Land Commissioners As Well As Newly Hired Staff So That They Are Oriented And Brought On Board Through Introducing Them To The Lla Including An Understanding Of The Broad Land Sector Reform Process And Lla S Mandate Mission Vision Core Values Strategic Objectives Organization And Institutional Arrangements Employment Policies And Procedures Among Others In Support Of Changed Management The Assignment Is For A Duration Of 15 Days The Liberia Land Authority Now Invites Eligible Consulting Firms Consultants To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services Interested Consultants Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services The Shortlisting Criteria Are A Consulting Firm With Proven Capacity And Record In Conducting Staff Orientation And Or Change Management Workshops The Awardee Should Have Good Knowledge Of The Land Reform Process In Liberia And The Mandate Of The Liberia Land Authority Demonstrated Experience In Working And Interacting With Government Partners And Other Stakeholders Including Donors And Civil Society Actors In Liberia In Public Sector Development Programs And Duly Registered With The Government Of Liberia And A Regular Tax Payer The Expected Qualifications Needed To Undertake This Assignment Are As Follows At Least 8 Years Experience In Developing And Implementing Major Change Management And Organizational Development Strategy Within Complex Organizations Current Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices Very Strong Interpersonal And Communications Skills A Deep Understanding Of The Civil Service Standing Orders For Civil Servants Civil Service Agency Republic Of Liberia Knowledge Of The Human Resources Policy Manual Revised Civil Service Agency Republic Of Liberia Knowledge Of The Decent Work Bill The Labour Law Republic Of Liberia Knowledge And Experience In Conducting Similar Assignments As It Relates To The Transfer Of Staffs From Sector Government Ministries Commissions And Soes To Autonomous Agencies Of Government
