Request For Expression Of Interest For Selection Of A Consultant To Support The Cell Energy And Idf During The Phase Of Launching OgefCtf Modern Energy Services Energy Project For AllRecovery Program Large Scale Renewable Energy In Low Income Countries Srep English And Ii Modern Energy Services For All In Haiti Financed By The Fund For Clean Technology Ctf In English The Two Projects Will Play A Critical Role In The Overall Program Of The Government To Initiate A Transformation Of The Energy Sector Based On The Deployment Of Renewable Energy The Services Project Modern Energy For All Funded By The Ctf Ctf Project Aims To Promote The Rapid Development Of A Private Developer Of Business Models Based On Renewable Energy And Oriented Areas Outside Electrical Networks To Improve Access To Electricity In Rural And Peri Urban Areas Of Haiti The Project Objective Will Be Achieved Through Improving The Legal And Regulatory Framework Conducive To Off Grid Electrification And The Establishment Of A Fund For Electrification Off Network Ogef The Ogef Will Also Have Access To Grants To Support The Companies In Its Portfolio The Renewable Energy Project For All Funded By Srep Aims To Increase Investment In Renewable Energy In Haiti To Expand And Improve Access To Electricity For Households Businesses And Community Services The Project Proposes To Develop A Complete Investment Program And Capacity To Take Advantage Of Investment Opportunities In The Most Promising Renewable Energy In Haiti The Projects Have Two Implementing Agencies The Ministry Of Public Works Transport And Communications Mtptc And The Industrial Development Fund Idf The Haitian Government Through The Cell Energy Of The Ministry Of Public Works Transportation And Communications Mtptc Seeks To Hire A Firm The Advisor To Provide Technical Support To The Cell Energy And Fdipour I A Clear Definition Of The Term Idf And Its Adaptation By Similar Phase To The Phases Established For The Gfi Ii The Determination Of Human And Financial Resources Within The Idf For Achieving Its Mandate And Iii Determining The Variables Associated Transaction Costs The Mandate Of The Idf In The Management Of Ogef Fund Cell Energy Invites All Eligible Firms To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services Described Above Interested Firms Must Provide Information Indicating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform These Services
