Request For Expression Of Interest Consultancy Services For Design Review And Construction Supervision Of Drainage Improvement Works On Lubigi And Nakamiro Drainange Systems Second Kampala Institutional And Infrastructure Development Project70171801 Land Drainage ServicesThe Consulting Services The Services Include Provision Of Design Review And Construction Supervision Services For Drainage Improvement Works On Lubigi Primary And Nakamiro Secondary Drainage Channels The Major Works Will Include Realignment Expansion And Lining Of At Least 2 58 Km Of Primary Drainage Channels And 3 28 Km Of Secondary Channels As Well As Construction Of Associated Cross Culverts Upgrading Several Multi Cell Culvert Crossings And Maintenance Of Access Roads In Some Instances It Will Be Necessary To Reinstate Roads At The Drainage Crossings To The Same Levels Dimensions And Structural Strength As Before The Works Existing Foot Bridges Will Be Rehabilitated And New Pedestrian Channel Crossings Will Be Installed At Designated Positions Selected Right Of Way Sections Of The Rehabilitated Channels Will Be Landscaped As Per The Kcca S Specifications The Assignment Will Be Carried Out Over A Period Of 12 Months The Kampala Capital City Authority Now Invites Eligible Consulting Firms Consultants To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services Interested Consultants Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Relevant Experience To Perform The Services Including Brochures Organizational Set Up The Short Listing Criteria Will Be As Follows General Experience Of The Firm In At Least 10 Infrastructure Engineering Studies Detailed Designs Design Reviews And Construction Supervision Experience Of The Firm In Planning Design And Supervision Of Urban Drainage Flood Management Storm Water Or Combined Sewerage Infrastructural Projects In The Region On At Least 5 Projects Relevant Experience Of The Firm On At Least 3 Assignments Of Similar Nature And Scope Availability Of Appropriate Skills Expertise Among The Consultant S Staff Including Engineering Project Management And Documentation Drainage Engineering Urban Drainage Modelling Structural Engineering Geotechnical Materials Engineering Land Surveying Engineering Surveying Environmental Management And Sociology Individual Experts Bio Data Is Not Required
