Evaluation Consultant That Created PtdS M E Framework Logframe And A Theory Of Action To Accompany The Strategic Plan For The Period Until 2020 This Consultant Will Also Be Creating The M E Plan That Will Include The Methodology And Tools That Will Be Used To Gather Data To Measure The Indicators As Laid Out In The M E Framework The Ptd Secretariat Is Now Seeking A Research Analyst Who Will Support The Implementation Of The M E Plan And Gather The Necessary Data And Information Which Will Be Reported To The Ptd Board Of Directors And Donors The Research Analyst Will Also Provide General Support To The Ptd Secretariat PurposeUnder The Direction Of The Executive Manager The Research AnalystS Main Responsibility Will Be To Provide Support In The Implementation Of PtdS Monitoring And Evaluation M E Plan 75 This Includes Tracking Indicators Through Data Collection Analysis And Reporting The Research Analyst Will Conduct Research And Collect And Analyze Data From Ptd Board Member Organizations Specifically The Research Analyst Will Compile And Organize Data Use New And Existing Data Sources To Prepare Enter Arrange And Display Data In A Meaningful And Useful Format And Make
