Tenders Are Invited For Moh And Repair Of Ac Motor Up To 75 Kw 100 Hp The Bid Form Together With All Information And Documentation Shall Be Completed And Submitted By Bidder To Company Office At Al Assalah Building Third Floor And Building No 223 Block No 237 Way No 3701 Al Gubrah Sultanate Of Oman The Bidder Shall Furnish As Part Of His Tender A Tender Bond In The Value Of Not Less Than 1 Of The Tender Value If The Bidder Submits An Alternative Tender The One Percent Shall Be Calculated Based On The Highest Tender Value The Wording Of The Tender Bond Shall Be As Per The Prescribed Form Of Tender Bond Included Within The Tender Document See Annexure 12 For The Due Performance Of The Contract The Supplier Will Be Required To Provide A Performance Bond Within 10 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Letter Of Acceptance To The Value Of Five Percent 5 Of The Contract Value Obtained From A Bank Registered In The Sultanate Of Oman And Valid For The Whole Of The Contract And Defects Liability Period The Performance Bond Will Be Retained By The Company During The Contract And Defects Liability Period And Will Be Returned To The Supplier Upon The Satisfactory Completion Of The Defects Liability Period The Performance Bond Shall Be As Per The Prescribed Form Of Performance Bond Included In The Tender Document In Annexure 13 1 Mechanical Inspection Evaluation Of Any Physical Damage Evidence Photographs Will Be Required 2 Mechanical Repairs If Required 3 Electrical Inspection Before Overhauling Of Motor 4 Investigation Report For Causes Of Failure With Photographs 5 Electrical Inspection Before Cutting Old Winding If Required Rewinding 6 Testing Before Varnishing 7 Varnish Process By Dipping Spray And Minimum 6 8Hrs At 120 Degree C To Dried In An Oven For Removal Of Moisture 8 Replace Of Bearings With Oem Specs Details Of Bearing Will Be Provided In The Report
