Tenders Are Invited For Design Development And Delivery Of Regional Training Courses On The Use Of The Generic Analytics Tools On Disaster Risk FinanceAssignment DescriptionTo Help Governments Donors And Other Stakeholders Better Understand And Utilize Drf Analysis For Decision Making The Drfip Seeks To Provide Regional Training Courses On The Use Of The Three Generic Analytics Tools For Drf Thus In This Project We Are Seeking A Suitably Experience And Qualified Firm Or Conglomerate Of Firms To Design Develop And Deliver The Training Courses Particularly In The Below Activities Identify Beneficiary Audiences Of The Tools In Each Of The Following Regions Latin America Sub Saharan Africa South Asia South East Asia And The Pacific Design And Develop Customized Regional Versions Of A Two Day Face To Face Training Course On The Three Generic Tools Deliver The Designed Training Courses In All The Regions Design And Operate A Feedback Collection Mechanism To Collect Feedback During And After The Training On The Tools And The Training MaterialsThe World Bank Team Is Seeking Support From A Suitably Experienced And Qualified Consultancy Or A Consortium Herein Referred To As The Consultant In The Design Development And Delivery Of Regional Training Courses On The Use Of The Three Generic Analytics Tools For Drf Design Development And Validation Of The Training Materials Will Be Completed By The Consultant The Consultant Will Liaise With The World Bank Team On Training Design And Generic Development Phase Before Moving Into The Specific Development Phase Component A Project DesignIdentify And Outline Regional Peril Specifications Staffing Regional Partners Technical Relays Target Audience Groups Priority Order Of Countries Regions And Training Timeline Output A Scoping Document Needs To Be Provided For Each Identified Country Outlining Details On The Specifications Transcripts Of Interviews Conducted During The Needs Assessment And A Clear Rationale Behind The Country Selection And Prioritization For The Training Component B Content Design And Development Liaising With Regional Partners Design A Modular Training Program For A Two Day Face To Face Course The Training Program Should Build On And Complement The Existing Training Materials Developed By The Drfip Team Each Module Of The Program Much Not Be Longer Than 3 Hours In Duration And Must Include At Least One Hour Of Interactive Content E G Case Study Exercise Simulated Learning Game Etc Each Module Must Go Through A Delivery And Testing Process Before It Is Finalized For Delivery The Process For Testing Must Be Agreed Upon And Validated By The Wbg Develop A Basic Foundational Version Of The Training Which Will Serve As Input To Build An E Learning Program On Using The Tools Repurpose The Modules To Also Build And Develop The Regional Peril Specific Versions Of The Module Content In Addition To The Above Being Developed In English The Consultant Must Have The Capability To Liaise With Appropriate Vendors To Translate The Materials In Relevant Local Languages At Least 50 Per Cent Of The Training Content Much Be Interactive In Nature And Include Audience Participation Evaluation Forms Must Be Developed For Each Individual Modules As Well As The Entire Program A Learning Handbook Must Be Developed For The Program The Firm Must Have The Capability To Refine The Modules Based On Feedback Received From The Test Sessions Of The Modules Design And Record A Series Of 3 Webinars 1 An Introduction To The Course For Participants Ahead Of Attending The Program 2 A Post Training Webinar 3 A 6 Month After Check In Webinar All Content Must Be Validated And Signed Off By The World Bank Group Component C Delivery Liaising With Regional Partners Deliver The Training In The Targeted Regions Following The Priority Region Country List Potentially Incorporated Within The Existing Training WorkshopsAll Trainers Must Be Trained In Content Delivery And Facilitation And Must Be Validated Ahead Of Time By The Wbg Design A Feedback Collection Mechanism To Collect Feedback During And After The Training On The Tools And The Training Materials Design A Mechanism To Integrate All Trainees Within The Wbg Cop For Further Follow Up And Discussion On The Tools Provide Extensive Feedback Reports Which Must Be Validated By The Wbg
