Request For Expression Of Interest For Training SpecialistHealth System Performance Strengthening Project Hspsp Following The Priorities Of The Ministry Of Health Of Angola The Project For Strengthening Health System Performance Pfss Aims To Increase The Use And Improve The Quality Of Health Services In Target Provinces And Municipalities Divided Into Four Main Components Namely Component 1 Improving The Quality Of Health Services Delivery In The Provinces Target Component 2 Strengthening The National Health System Management To Support The Provision Of Quality Health Services Component 3 Support For Prevention And Response Capacity To Public Health Emergencies And Component 4 Management Monitoring And Project Evaluation The Pfss Seeks To Improve The Quality Of Health Services Especially For The Target Population Women Of Reproductive Age And Children Under Five Years In The Provinces Of Bengo Kuando Kubango Luanda Lunda Norte Malange Moxico And U ge Covering A Population Estimated At 4 7 Million The Purpose Is To Contribute To Improved Coverage And Better Results In The Areas Of Reproductive Health Maternal Newborn Child And Adolescent The Total Financing Of The Project Is 110 Million With The Terms Of The Loan From The International Bank For Reconstruction And Development Ibrd The Project Will Last For Five Years To Ensure The Implementation Of The Project It Is Necessary To Fill The Central Coordination Unit Staff Ucc Including The Training Specialist The Selection Process Will Consist Of Two Stages Curriculum And Assessment Interviews That Have Weightings Of 70 And 30 Respectively The Consultant Shall Have The Following Qualifications A University Degree In Education Sciences Psycho Pedagogy Or Related Field At Masters Level Or Equivalent Graduates In Social Sciences Public Health Medicine Nursing Will Be Considered Provided They Have Proven Teaching Experience And Or Management Of Human Resources For Health B A Minimum Of Five Years Experience In Health Education Medicine Nursing Public Health In Developing Countries W Candidates Should Be Proficient In Portuguese To Ensure Maximum Interaction With The Moh Counterparts In Addition The Candidate Must Have A Good Understanding Of English And Be Able To Write Short Reports In English D You Should Also Have Computer Skills As A User In Particular Word Processing Packages Spreadsheets And Presentation Type Power Point
