Tenders Are Invited For Production Of Organic Fertilizers By Private Sector Investors Tender Bond Qar 100000 Tender Fees Qar 1000 Non Refundable While The State Of Qatar Is Keen To Increase The Production Of Organic Fertilizers To Meet The Needs Of The Local Market Of This Type Of Fertilizer It Has Been Decided To Launch An Auction For The Implementation And Establishment Of 2 Centers For The Collection And Manufacture Of Organic Fertilizers Next To North Doha Sewage Station The Production Capacity Of One Project Is Estimated At 12 000 Tons Year Of Thermal Treated Organic Fertilizers With An Area Of 10 000 M2 Per Project According To Technical Auction Only Without A Financial Auction As Specified In The Auction Conditions For 20 Years The Land Shall Be Leased By The Ministry Of Municipality And Environment At A Fixed Price Of Qr 10 Per Square Meter Per Annum The Evaluation Of The Bids Shall Be Technically In Accordance With The Technical And Economic Criteria Enclosed With The Auction Documents The Best Bids Shall Be Selected From The Bidders Who Will Submit Proposals For The Technology To Be Used M The Project Together With The Bid A Valid Check Or Letter Of Guarantee Of Provisional Bid Bond Shall Be Submitted M The Name Of The Ministry Of Municipality And The Environment Enclosed M The Envelope Issued By A Local O Authorized Bank That Is Not Associated With Any Restriction Or Condition Valid For Performance In Full Irrevocable At The Amount Of Only Qr 100 000 Provided That The Validity Period Shall Not Be Less Than 120 Days And No Bid Shall Be Accepted Without Attaching The Provisional Bid Bond Document The Successful Bidder Shall Submit A Performance Bond Of Not Less Than 10 Of The Total Rent Value As Well As The Value Of Its Proposed Project Not Associated With Any Restriction Or Condition Valid For Performance M Full Valid For The Duration Of The Contract On A Final Basis It Shall Be Refunded To The Bidder Upon Its Request Within 7 Days From The Date Of Final Execution Of The Contract The Performance Bond Shall Be Submitted Under A Letter Of Guarantee Issued By A Local Or Authorized Bank That Is Not Associated With Any Restriction Or Condition Valid For Performance In Full And Irrevocable
