Tenders Are Invited For Collateral Registry Legal And Regulatory Framework Legal And Operational Diagnosis Of The Loans Secured With Movable Assets System Gap Analysis The Government Of The Republic Of Cabo Verde Has Received From The International Development Association Ida World Bank The Bank A Credit Hereinafter Called Credit Toward The Costs Of The Competitiveness For Tourism Development Project And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds For The Consulting Services Legal And Operational Diagnosis Of The Loans Secured With Movable Assets System Gap Analysis The Objective Of The Project Is To Create The Conditions Necessary To Increase Investment Into And Diversification Of The Tourism Sector The Main Objective Of This Consulting Services The Services Is To Provide Advisory Services To The Government Of Cabo Verde In Assessing The Legal And Institutional Framework To Support The Implementation Of A Modern System Of Loans Secured With Movable Assets As Well As In Defining The Guidelines Of The Strategy And Action Plan On How To Develop The Legal And Operational Apparatus At The Supporting Information System Level To Facilitate The Use Of Movable Assets As Guarantees For Loans And To Provide A Predictable Efficient And Transparent Framework And A Modern Tool For Their Application The Estimated Duration Of The Service Is At 60 Calendar Days The Implementing Agency Unidade De Gest o De Projetos Especiais Now Invites Eligible Individual Consultants Consultants To Express Their Interest In Providing This Service Interested Consultants Must Provide Information Indicating That They Are Qualified To Perform The Services A Letter Of Interest And Curriculum Vitae Indicating Namely Description Of Similar Assignments Experience And Contact References In Similar Service Are Required To Be Selected The Individual Consultant Must Have The Following Qualifications Bachelor S Degree Or Higher Academic Degree In Law At Least 7 Years Experience In The Field Of Registration Of Movable Immovable Assets At Least 7 Years Of Solid Legal Working Experience On Secured Transactions With Movable Assets Minimum 7 Years Experience In Designing And Supporting The Implementation Of Secured Transactions With Movable Assets Reforms Understanding Of The Legal Regulatory Framework Of Cabo Verde And Other Palop Countries African Countries Of Official Portuguese Language As Needed Or The Possibility Of Acquiring This Knowledge Expeditiously Proficiency In Portuguese And Knowledge Of English Must Have Immediate Availability
