Request For Proposals Are Invited For Hardware Support Services For Aps Afghanistan Payments Systems Llc Aps Is A Company That Operates Under Direct Supervision Of Da Afghanistan Bank Dab And Is The National Switch And National Payment Gateway Of Afghanistan Aps Plays A Lead Role In Developing And Modernizing The Retail Banking Market In Afghanistan By Providing Innovative Electronic And Mobile Payment Services That Enhance The Retail Banking Offering In The Country The Main Switch Along With The Whole Infrastructure Which Is Used By Aps Is Provided By Banking Production Company Bpc As Part Of The Main Contract Between Aps Dab And Bpc The Supplier Is Responsible For Providing Software And Hardware Support During The Maintenance Period As Bpc Does Not Have A Local Office In Kabul Therefore In Order To Provide Technical Support Bpc Is Looking For A Local Partner In Kabul To Provide The Necessary Technical Support To Aps On Behalf Of Bpc The Supplier Will Be Required To Provide Operational Support For The Entire System Offsite And Onsite If Needed At The Primary And Alternate Processing Sites During The Entire Support Services Period During The Services Period The Supplier Will Assist Aps In Establishing A Help Desk Service To Provide Application Level Support To All Users During The Operating Day Including Implementation Of A Help Desk Software Package Advice On Staffing Levels Training Documentation Operating Procedures And Any Other Relevant Aspects During The Installation And Acceptance Testing Phase The SupplierS Support Personnel Must Be Available On An Immediate On Call Basis During Normal Business Hours At ApsS Head Office
