Request For Expression Of Interest For Financial Management Specialist80101600 Project ManagementThe Government Of Pakistan Has Obtained A Credit From The International Development Association For Executing An Action Plan For Reduction Of Stunting And Malnutrition In Sindh Through The Project Sindh Enhancing Response To Reduce Stunting Being Implemented By The Planning And Development Board Government Of Sindh And It Is Intended To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Of This Credit For Payments To The Following Individual Consultants Services To Be Procured Under This Project Sindh Enhancing Response To Reduce Stunting Project Now Invites Eligible Individuals To Indicate Their Interest In Providing The Services Of Individual Consultants Interested Specialists Must Provide Detailed Cvs Indicting Their Qualifications Eligibility And Ability To Perform The Services Sr Position Required Qualification Experience 1 Financial Management Specialist Ca Acca Mba M Com Or Equivalent From Local Or Foreign Hec Recognized Institution At Least Ten 10 Years Experience Of Financial Management Should Have Extensive Knowledge Of Government Financial Management Systems Knowledge About World Bank Financial Management And Disbursement Guidelines 2 Internal Auditor Chartered Accountant Ca Cost And Management Accountant Acca Mba M Com Or Equivalent From Hec Recognized Institution Over All Experience Of At Least 07 Years In The Field Of Audit Accountancy And Ancillary Services Documented Experience Of Risk Based Internal Or External Audit For Not Less Than 05 Years 3 Gender Specialist At Least Master S Degree Or Higher Degree In Social Science Preference Will Be Given To Candidate Holding A Degree In Development Studies Or Gender Women S Studies A Minimum Of 05 Years Of Experience In The Area Of Gender And Development Issues With Focus On Analysis Capacity Building And Trainings Project Design And Implementation Experience Of Gender Monitoring And Evaluation And Gender Integration Including Policy Analysis And Design Of Programs That Address Gender Equality Issues Experience Of Working On Similar Donor Supported Assignment Excellent Communication Skills Both Oral And Written In Urdu And English Are Required
