Operational Watershed Sub Watershed Agricultural Development Plans Wadps Are Prepared And Implemented And Sustainable Community Agriculture Development Plans Scadps Are Prepared And Implemented Under Sapip Component 2 Farmer Groups Are Identified Or Formed Where Needed And Supported In Their Development And Capacity Building Under Sapip Component 3 Groups Receive Appropriate Support Through The Small Grants Program And In Line With The Wadps And Scadps Under Sapip Component 4 Support The Monitoring Of The Project Through Good Data Management For The Above Noted Areas Specific Responsibilities Of Watershed And Group Formation Officer Watershed Planning Prepare And Review Terms Of Reference For The Wsmcs Facilitate The Establishment Of Wsmcs In A Participatory And Transparent Way Using Existing Guidelines Developed By Maf And Based On Past Experiences Manage The Work Of The Ngo That Will Be Contracted By Sapip To Facilitate The Preparation Of Wadps And Scadps Within The Watersheds Oversight That Wsmcs Are Implementing Their Agreed Activities In Line With The Sapip Objectives And Project Implementation Manual Pim Ensure That The Wadps And Scadps Reflect The Needs Of Farmer Groups And Are Prepared In A Transparent And A Participatory Way Identify Bottlenecks In Terms Of Watershed Planning And Implement Solutions Provide Regular Updates To The Sapip Pmu On The Development Of The Wsmcs Wadps And Scadps Other Tasks As Identified By The Pmu Or Pius Group Formation Prepare Terms Of Reference For The Farmer Groups Supervise That Establishment Of Farmer Groups Is Done In A Participatory And Transparent Way In Line With The Selection Criteria Outlined In The Sapip Pim Ensure That Farmer Groups Have Overall At Least 30 Women Members And 10 Youth Members And Encourage The Formation Or Identification Of Women Farmer Groups Provide Regular Updates To The Sapip Pmu On The Formation Of Farmer Groups Other Tasks As Identified By The Pmu Or Pius
