General Procurement Notice For Security Strengthening Project Ssp The Government Of Jamaica Through The Ministry Of National Security Mns Is Implementing The Security Strengthening Project Ssp Which Is Comprised Of The Following Three 3 Components I Violent Crime Prevention And Management Ii Improving Investigative Capabilities For Homicides And Iii Change Management And Communications The Security Strengthening Project Is Aligned With The Sector Strategy On Institutions For Growth And Social Welfare Gn 2587 2 And The Sector Framework For Citizen Security And Justice Op1201 The Project Is Consistent With The 2016 2021 Idbg Country Strategy With Jamaica Gn2868 And Will Contribute To The Corporate Results Framework Crf 2016 2019 Gn 2727 6 Output Indicators Of I Government Agencies Benefited By Projects That Strengthen Technological And Managerial Tools To Improve Public Service Delivery And Ii Crime Information Systems Strengthened The Project Is Also Aligned With The 2017 Jamaica S Ministry Of National Security Five Pillar Strategy For Crime Prevention And Citizen Security The Goods And Services To Be Procured Under This Project Include Office Furniture And Equipment Stationery And Office Supplies Consultancy And Non Consultancy Services Ict Infrastructure Software And Equipment Hand Held Devices Surveillance Equipment And Other Goods And Services Procurement Processes Of Contracts Financed By The Inter American Development Bank Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Policies For Procurement Of Goods And Works Financed By The Inter American Development Bankgn 2349 9 And Is Open To All Eligible Bidders As Defined In The Policies For These Procurement Processes Domestic Preference Shall Be Applied To Compare Bids I Consulting Services Will Be Selected And Contracted In Accordance With The Policies For The Selection And Contracting Of Consultants Financed By The Inter American Development Bankgn2350 9
