The amount shall be refundable only in case of cancellation of the said tender. Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of (247,770 USD) two hundred forty seven thousand seven hundred seventy USD In the form of bank guarantee, certified check or bank draft from Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period of (120 days).
