The Supplier, After Concluding An Agreement, Within 5 Working Days On The Basis Of A Letter From The “Industry Committee Of The Ministry Of Industry And Construction Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan” Is Obliged To Provide A Resource Certificate, Or An Agreement With The Manufacturer For The Won Volume Of Purchased Coal. Coal Should Be Supplied During Daylight Hours. Before Supplying Coal, It Is Necessary To Agree On Its Technical Characteristics With The Customer. Weighing And Delivery Of Coal Is Carried Out In The Presence Of The Customer; Payment For Weighing Of Coal Is Made At The Expense Of The Supplier.
