A Supply Contract Is Required For A Period Of 18 Months For The Acquisition Of “Agreement For Supply, Design And Printing Of Forms And Similar Forms For Hospital De Lautaro”, Indicated In The Following Point, And May Be Renewed, Once, For Up To 6 More Months, For Justified Reasons, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Point 3.3 Of The Bases. The Price Must Include Freight, Unloading And The Delivery Conditions Stipulated In The Bases, At The Place Indicated In Point 1.4. According To The Needs Of The Dr. Abraham Godoy Peña De Lautaro Hospital. It Will Be Possible To Increase The Quantity, If Necessary, By Up To 30%, As Long As The Supplier Agrees To Maintain The Same Conditions Of The Award. This Tender Will Be Awarded For The Total Available Amount Indicated In The Administrative Bases, Which Will Correspond To A Maximum Budget For The Execution Of The Agreement. The Agreement Will Operate Under The Supply-On-Demand Modality, With The Respective Purchase Orders Being Issued In Accordance With The Hospitals Needs. There Will Be No Minimum Consumption Obligation On The Part Of The Hospital, And The Supplier May Not Demand The Total Amount Awarded If It Is Not Used. The Agreement Will End Due To Compliance With The Contractual Term Or Exhaustion Of The Available Budget, Whichever Occurs First.
