Monitoring And Control Services – Framework Agreement - Regular Control Of. Elevator Systems According To Trbs 3121. Regular Inspections Of Currently 80 Elevator Systems Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With Trbs 3121. Two Inspections Per Month Per System Are Necessary And Therefore An Inspection Of The Systems Approximately Every 2 Weeks. The Elevators Are Located In The City Of Essen. The Attached Inventory List Contains The Attachments At The Time Of The Tender. The Inventory Can Change (E.G. Due To New Construction Or Closure Of Facilities). The Inventory/Number Of Elevator Systems Is Expected To Increase In The Next Few Years. The Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 1 Year. The Contract Is Extended By A Further 12 Months Unless It Is Terminated In Writing By One Of The Parties Three Months Before Expiry. After A Total Of 48 (4 Years) Months, The Contract Ends Automatically Without The Need For Termination
