The Scope Of Construction And Modernization Works Will Include: Demolition Works And Surface Preparation; Construction Of A Partition Wall; Plastering And Gypsum Plasters; Covering Floors With Panels And Stoneware Tiles And Finishing Walls; Replacement Of Doors And Windows; Painting Works (Priming And Painting With Acrylic Paint Three Times); Renovation Of The Electrical Installation (Installation Of Cables, Replacement Of Switches, Sockets And Lighting Fixtures); Renovation Of The Water And Sewage System (Installation Of Pipes, New Sanitary Equipment, Water Heater); Renovation Of The Central Heating System (Replacement Of Cast Iron Radiators With Steel Ones), - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment (Furniture And Equipment In Rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom And Hall). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Supported Housing In Sandomierz Project Under Measure 5.2 Social Infrastructure Of Priority 5. European Funds For Social Development Of The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Program 2021-2027. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm), Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of The Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020, To The Extent Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works, Select Materials, Organize Transport, Manage Waste And Perform Accompanying Activities In A Way That Limits The Negative Impact Of The Investment On The Environment, In Particular On The Climate, Water Resources, Circular Economy, Level Of Pollution And Biodiversity, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Project Documentation, Legal Provisions And The Terms Of The Financing Program, If Applicable. Construction Works Will Be In Line With The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle - The Works Will Be Carried Out Using Durable, Safe Materials And Minimizing The Negative Impact On The Environment, And Waste Will Be Segregated And Sent For Recycling. Modernization Increases The Buildings Energy Efficiency And Resistance To Climate Change, Minimizing The Risk Of Failure And Structural Damage.
