A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Delivered Equipment Must Be: A) Brand New, I.E. Unused, Complete, Not Refurbished, Not From Advertising Exhibitions Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Free From Defects And Damage And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, As Well As Purchased In The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel; B) Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Original Packaging Of The Equipment Manufacturer (If Warranty Repairs Are Necessary, The Equipment Will Not Have To Be Handed Over In The Packaging In Which It Was Delivered To The Ordering Party);C) Equipped With User Documentation In Polish;D) Marked With The Ce Mark, Have A Ce Certificate Or Ce Declaration Of Conformity (If Applicable).5. All Wires/Cables Necessary For Proper Use Must Be Attached To The Device.
