The Order Results From The Need To Implement An Investment Obtained Through A Public Procurement For Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. Based In Sokółka, At Ul. Torowa 12, 3. Modernization Of Spzoz In Sokółka As Part Of The Task: High Quality Of Medical Services In The Care And Treatment Facility In Spzoz In Sokółka Thanks To The Modernization Of Infrastructure And Retrofitting With Modern Equipment, Implemented As Part Of The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience: Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D4.1.1 Development Of Long-Term Care Through Modernization Infrastructure Of Medical Entities At The District Level.”4. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh) Principle, In Accordance With Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of 18 June 2020. This Rule Applies In Connection With The Financing Of The Contract Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo). Delivery Of Doors And Windows (Brand New), With All Required Regulatory Approvals For Use In Construction (B, Ce Mark And Approvals And Certificates Indicated In Individual Items Of The Order). 7. Determination Of The Subject And The Size Or Scope Of The Order: 8. Delivery Of Doors And Windows For The Needs Of Ppdb Sp. Z O. O. - The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And An Order Covered By Option Rights. The Quantitative Scope And General Requirements Are Included In Table No. 1, Which Is An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 9. The Subject Of The Order - Doors And Windows - Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Swz (In Accordance With The Submitted Offer). 10. Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Documents Related To The Subject Of The Order. 11. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period Is 24 Months. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By The Representatives Of The Parties.
