The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Regulate The Acquisition Of Protocol Supplies Intended For Ceremonial Acts And Official Activities Of The Department Of Public Relations And Events Of The Municipality Of Coquimbo, In Order To Have Adequate Materials That Facilitate The Organization And Execution Of Said Instances, Directly Contributing To The Fulfillment Of Institutional Functions And The Correct Development Of Municipal Ceremonies. It Is Expressly Stated That Bidders Must Offer All The Products Required In Each Basket. The Tender Will Be Carried Out Through 3 Baskets, Even Though All The Requested Goods Belong To The Same Project. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Entitle The Municipality To Declare Said Basket Offers Inadmissible. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Power Established In Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That “Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Issued Them”; Power That Is Materialized In The Information System Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows, As Long As A Bid Has Not Been Awarded, To Carry Out Said Power Through A Well-Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
