The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment Defined In Accordance With Art. 2 Points 12-13 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act): • Ict Product Means An Element Or Group Of Elements Of Network Or Information Systems, • Service Ict Means A Service Consisting Entirely Or Mainly In Transmitting, Storing, Downloading Or Processing Information Via Networks And It Systems, And • Ict Process Means A Set Of Activities Performed To Design, Develop, Deliver Or Maintain Ict Products Or Ict Services, I.E. In Particular The Purchase Of Ict Equipment And Systems, Including: Part 1:  1. Type I Server - 2 Pcs.  2. San Switch - 4 Pcs.  3. Matrix Disk - 2 Pcs.  4. Lan Switch: Core Switch - 4 Pcs.  5. Implementation Works - Installation And Migration Of Environments Service. Part 2:  1. Type Ii Server - 1 Pc. The Devices Included In The Delivery Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Not From Exhibition Or Conditioned, And Their Previous Use By Other Entities Has Not Taken Place. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Has Been Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Admission To Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
