Engineering Services – Rovk Ingenieursdiensten Civil Engineering Works, Municipality Of Cranendonck. The Agreement Consists Of Work Preparation And/Or Project Management, Supervision And Management Of Civil Engineering Projects In The Municipality Of Cranendonck. The Engineering Firm Must Be Able To Supervise Projects In The Field Of Infrastructure, Civil And/Or Soil Engineering From Start To Completion. This Concerns Engineering Assignments With An Estimated Value Of Up To € 80,000 Excluding Vat Per Partial Assignment. The Work That Must Be Carried Out Within This Assignment Is Generic For Engineering Firms Active In The Civil Engineering Sector. The Work Concerns Various Services That Together Do Not Form A Technical Whole. For Example, An Order Can Be Given For The Development Of Raw Specifications For The Reconstruction Of A Road, Or An Order For Management And Supervision During The Preparation Of Land For Construction. This Means That The Requested Work Is A Combined Assignment. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Within The Municipal Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Cranendonck And Falls Under Its Responsibility. The Municipality Could Conduct A Separate Tender For Each Sub-Task. However, Given The Value Of The Partial Assignments, It Has Been Decided To Place Them In A Framework Agreement, So That This Improves The Efficiency Of The Assignment. This Means That There Is A Combined Order. A Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With One Engineering Firm. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of 4 Years. During The Selection Phase, The Draft Agreement And Associated Conditions (Dnr 2011 Including The Additional Conditions) Were Added.
