Data Security Software Package – Actions Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital - Purchase And Implementation Of An Edr Class Security System. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Assortment Defined In Accordance With Art. 2 Points 12-13 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act): • Ict Product Means An Element Or Group Of Elements Of Network Or Information Systems, • Service Ict Means A Service Consisting Entirely Or Mainly In Transmitting, Storing, Retrieving Or Processing Information Via Networks And Information Systems, And • Ict Process Means A Set Of Activities Performed To Design, Develop, Deliver Or Maintain Ict Products Or Ict Services, I.E. Purchase And Implementation Of An Edr Class Security System. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes On-The-Job Training Remotely And At The Ordering Partys Headquarters For Administrators Designated By The Ordering Party In The Field Of The Edr Class Security System, As Well As Support And Technical Service For 36 Months.
