For This Purpose, Around 250 Swr-Individual One-Week, Around 60 Multi-Week Sliding Shift Plans And Various Standard Shift Plans Are Stored In “Paisy”. The “Primion” System Provides The Times Of The Time Recording Terminals Of Currently Around 3,900 Employees. The System Was Introduced To The Client In The 1990S And Over Time It Was Repeatedly Adapted To The Needs Through Extensive Software Adjustments And Modernized As Far As Possible. From Todays Perspective, The System No Longer Meets The Requirements For Current Technical Standards, Usability, Functionality And Accessibility And Has Reached The End Of Its Life Cycle. The Main Services To Be Provided Are: • Provision And Operation Of A Modern Time Management System In The Form Of A Cloud-Based Managed Service For A Term Of At Least 4, Optionally Up To 10 Years • Provision And Operation Of Interfaces To: Opaisy Oprimion (Time Recording Terminals) Or Sap Hcm • Maintenance Of The Offered Time Management System Over The Entire Deployment Period • Provision Of Support Services In Accordance With The Agreed Slas Over The Entire Deployment Period By Appropriately Qualified Personnel •Provision Services During The Introduction (Project Management, Training, Migration Support) A Detailed Service Description Will Be Published Together With The Participation Competition, But Must Only Be Processed By The Appropriate Applicants In The Second Phase Of The Tender (Service Competition). An Evb-It Cloud Contract With A Term Of 48 Months And Six Extension Options Of 12 Months Each (Max. Term Of 120 Months) Will Be Concluded For The Service Under Tender.
