It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Online Learning Platform As A Saas Service. The Service To Be Procured Includes A Software Service As A Saas Service (Online Learning Environments), An Implementation Project Including Migration Of Existing Content, Training Of Kelas Experts In The Use Of Online Learning Environments And Technical Support And Maintenance Work During Use, As Well As Possible Separately Ordered Expert Work. Kelas Goal Is To Acquire Two Online Learning Environments From The Same Supplier (Kelas Personnel Online School And Kela And Kantas Online School). The Agreement Is Initially Valid For A Limited Period, According To A Preliminary Estimate, From 11 July 2026 To 11 July 2030, After Which The Agreement Will Continue Indefinitely. The Agreement Comes Into Force Upon The Signature Of Both Contracting Parties. The Contract Is Estimated To Be Signed In The Spring Of 2026. The Estimate Does Not Bind Kela. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders - Description Of The Object Of Procurement.
