The Service Provider Ensures The Reception And Control Of Files, Interconnection With The La Poste Information System, Management Of Proofs (Bat), Printing, Personalization, Enveloping, Postal Sorting, Routing Of Items, Deposit In The La Poste Network As Well As Reporting Of Operations. The Service Provider Must Have The Capacity To Support Production Of Industrialized Volumes. It Will Have To Respect Sorting And Postal Deposit Constraints, Ensure The Operation Of An Automated Publishing Chain Interfaced With The La Poste Information System. The Market Is Part Of A Prospective Context With A Gradual Ramp-Up According To The Needs And Offers By Advertisers. The Number Of Successful Bidders Envisaged For This Lot Is: 3 (2 Active Successful Bidders And 1 Alternate Successful Bidder). The Consultation Will Lead To The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With The 3 Economic Operators: 2 Successful Bidders And 1 Alternate Successful Bidder. The Tenderers Whose Offers Have Obtained The Best Overall Score With Regard To The Criteria Announced In The Consultation Documents Will Be Entrusted With The Contract As Active Successful Bidders, For The Total Duration Of The Contract, Renewal Periods Included.
