Legal Services – Specialized Legal Services In The Area Of Investment Construction Of The Řvc Cr For The Period 2026–2030. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is, In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 131 Et Seq. Zzvz Regulation Of The Conditions For The Provision Of Legal Services Between The Selected Supplier And The Contracting Authority For The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also Legal Services), As Well As The Regulation Of The Conditions On The Basis Of Which Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Partial Public Contracts Will Be Awarded Through Implementation Contracts (Hereinafter Also Implementation Contract). Implementation Contracts Will Be Concluded In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 134, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz, I.E. A Procedure Without The Renewal Of The Competition, While The Detailed Conditions For The Conclusion Of Implementation Contracts Are Set Out In Article 2 Of The Framework Agreement. The Legal Services Will Relate To The Area Of The Clients Capital Construction And Will Consist In The Application Of The Following Legal Regulations In Particular: -Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature And Landscape Protection, -Act No. 114/1995 Coll., On Inland Navigation, -Act No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, -Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On Water And Amending Certain Laws (Water Act), -Act No. 416/2009 Coll., On Accelerating The Construction Of Transport, Water And Energy Infrastructure, -Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act. Legal Services Will Mainly Consist Of The Following Activities Required For The Performance Of Activities Within The Scope Of The Contracting Authority: I. Provision Of Professional Consultations And Advice, Ii. Processing Of Legal Analyses, Opinions And Analyses, Iii. Compilation And Revision Of Methodologies And Internal Regulations, Iv. Drafting And Revision Of Contractual Documentation And Other Legal Documents, V. Representing The Client In Proceedings Before Public Authorities, Vi. Representing The Client In Negotiations With Third Parties. Legal Services Will Not Consist In Drawing Up Contracts Related To The Management And Management Of Property (Purchase, Donation, Exchange, Transfer, Rental, Loan, Establishment Of Servitude, Etc.).
